PAYMENT

We request a 30%, or £85, deposit, whichever is greater, to confirm your booking and then the balance of the rental fee 4 weeks before arrival.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Standard weekly bookings are Saturday to Saturday in both cottages in school holidays. Outside these we may be able to be a bit flexible, especially with Buzzards.

To allow us time to ensure that the cottages are presented to you at a high standard of cleanliness, we request guests not to arrive before 4.00 p.m. We request departure by 10.00 a.m. and expect that the cottage is left clean and tidy as part of our booking conditions.

DOGS

We are pleased to accept dogs by prior arrangement through contact with us, according to these conditions: that they do not go on the furniture or beds, that the are not left inside, or outside, the cottages on their own. Holidays for dogs: we charge £20 per week for the first dog, £15 for a second and £10 for a third. Please note that: we do not go in for fences; we are not that style of place. Toads' Breech garden is fairly secluded and private but dogs can stray into the Orchard Field, (whose boundaries are fenced), and the old farm yard, so we do expect dogs to be kept under control with their owners and not allowed to roam free. (We do like, and welcome, controlled dogs and we are a great place for dogs!)
